Hi All,

I made my citizenship application and paid the fee. The system asked me to book an appointment for biometic and document submissions. I can do that; but I heard for citizenship applications we should not book biometric appointment straightaway, but we should wait for an email from Home Office advising us to do so. Is this information correct? Shal I wait for Home Office email, or proceed with appointment booking?

If you have been told to book an appointment, then that is what you must do

You would have been told to wait for either IDV app biontrric email within 10 days if you were not required to book an appointment only

Thanks CR001, then i think i must go ahead and book my biometric appointment- the things around "the IDV app biontrric" looks tricky; but i didn't come across it during my application; maybe it doesn't concern my application?
