Hello, I live in Canada with my wife and daughter. I’m a Canadian citizen. My wife is a British and a Canadian Citizen. She became a British citizen in 2014 through 10 years route. My daughter was born in September last year in Canada. My question is, is my daughter eligible to apply for British citizenship/passport through her mom from Canada? If yes please let me know how. Thanks

She is British by descent.

You’re automatically a British citizen if you were born outside the UK and all of the following apply:

you were born on or after 1 July 2006
your mother or father was a British citizen when you were born
your British parent could pass on their citizenship to you
Apply for a passport for her. You can start with this link: https://www.gov.uk/overseas-passports

Note she won't be able to pass citizenship to her children.
