Passport not received

Hi,
My passport was printed on 24/2/23 but I still haven't received it yet. I only received a text from DHL saying they will let me know when they receive it from HMPO.
I received my documents on 28/2/23 by TNT.
I can see most of you received the passport the next working day after it was printed. Does anyone come across the same situation as me?

Honestly, this leads me to believe it was lost or never handed over…sitting by the printer.
I would just call and request someone from management to get in touch. Or complaint. This process will likely take few weeks that is why start now. Another guy Ive spoken to still not arrived after printing since December and HMPO just fobbing him off…every time you go on phone it is someone else and you have explain situation again. Id go directly to complaining.

Passport normally arrives before supporting documents. You might need to step things up.
It's been a week. Maybe give it another week.
