UK Naturalisation certificate not received by council

My UK naturalisation has approved by home office (10 days back) however my local authority council has not received my UK Naturalisation certificate to perform ceremony ( when I contacted local authority council) they said no clue on it ...could you please advise on it whom to contact on it

They are sent out in batches about once a week. Check with council again in a few days.

I am asking daily council but council said no clue on it ....is there any phone number or email id to check about it please advise

No there isn't, the call centr won't be able to tell you any detail. Just keep checking with your council.
