Children U15 referees

My family and I are applying for citizenship after a year on ILR, wife and I have lined up different referees which I believe should suite, but do the 2 children applying with us need different referees ? I.e 4 new referees, if that makes sense? So each child with their own different referees. Schools have said they won’t provide details.
Apologies if this is in the wrong place.

There is no requirement to have different referees for every applicant, adults or children.
For children applications (MN1) it's always difficult persuading teachers or health care people to act as childrens' referees. UKVI are aware of this and will accept other referees, provided they know the children. Add a note about this and also attach copies of emails you may have received from teachers.

Sorry, another question. I was physically in the UK on the 8th December 2018, flew out on the 10th of December 2018, but returned 10 Jan 2019 from vacation. I want to submit my online application for citizenship on the 8th December 2023. Does that still count as being present as I left shortly after? And does submitted application count when the biometrics are done or app submitted online?

Yes it counts as being present.
Date of application is the date you submit and pay online and not the biometric appointment.

Hi there- does 12 months from getting ILR mean the date of issue on the card or perhaps date you received it?

It the grant date of the letter/email. Not the BRP date.

Much appreciated. Another question apologies - can my wife use her married surname on the naturalisation application if it’s different to her passport surname? She’s been using her married surname since arriving in the UK for work and banking etc? I think I read that initially naturalisation applications must be done using the same surname as the original passport?

If she wants to usr her married name, she must change her foreign passpory first.

It's not specified in the guidance, if in doubt go for 8. Doubt this would be an issue.

Help please, I submitted but when going over my answers I noticed under the previous marriage I selected no, but wa a married and divorced 10 years ago. Should I add details of the divorce and marriage as a note with the evidence section detailing what I know? Not sure if I can find exact details etc but is it worth adding a note explaining I missed it?

I doubt this would be an issue after 10 years. UKVI won't judge you on your marital arrangements.
However, for peace of mind you can add a note with the details you know and load with the other documents.
I wouldn't spend much time on it though.

Ok thanks- found an email it was 8 years ago , but will add a note as I’d like to be judged on bad character or anything!
