Naturalisation Application Query

Hi
Please can you guide me as I have got few questions regarding Naturalisation application.
1) I am spouse of British Citizen so looking to apply for Naturalisation . I have ILR from December 2022 so can I apply for naturalisation now or do I have to wait to complete 2 years on ILR.
2) Fees for Naturalisation has increased to £1550 is this correct so when I apply do i have to pay new fees as I only applied in December 2022 for ILR.
3) Once Naturalisation is submitted do I have to go through new biometric appointment - is standard appointment also paid one as it would cost £225 to book appointment ?
4) Can all documents be submitted online - and then book biometric appointment.
Any help of guidance would be much appreciated.

1) You can apply now.
2) You have to pay new fees.
3) Depends on the appointment - they're done by third party, UKVI isn't involved in costs.
4) Yes.

1. You could have applied as soon as you got ilr if ypu met the 3 year residence requirement. Not sure why you think you have to wait 2 years.
2. You have to pay rhe new fee. When you got ilr ia irrelevant to this.
3. Yes, you have to enroll Biometrics again.
4. Yes.

Thanks I will apply as soon as possible.
Regarding booking my biometrics I guess there is no option for free appointments anymore so I will have to pay for standard appointments too.

There normally are some free appointments available but they tend to go fast.

Hello,
Please can someone guide me
1- if I need to take original copies of all documents that I have already uploaded on UKVCAS for naturalisation applications.
2- Proof of living in the UK for 3 years if applying as the spouse of British citizen- Do I need to upload all pages of Pakistani passport or only pages with stamps in and out of country ?
3- Spouse British Passport - do I need to upload front page with partner photo or all pages of his passport.
Kindly guide.

For the appoindment? No - just upload. Of course make sure you keep documents for your records.

Load all pages.
3- Spouse British Passport - do I need to upload front page with partner photo or all pages of his passport.
Just page(s) with spouse data.

Please pardon me if it sounds a daft question:
1) How long do I have till I upload my documents on UKVCAS. My appointment is on Friday at 10am - so can I upload my documents till Thursday night-I am looking for a particular document that I am still missing.
2) Proof of living in the UK for 3 years if applying as the spouse of British citizen- Only Passport with all pages copy would be sufficient.

You need to upload your documents at least 48 hours before your appointment. What document exactly are you missing?
2) Proof of living in the UK for 3 years if applying as the spouse of British citizen- Only Passport with all pages copy would be sufficient.

I think you can do self upload till 2days before appointment (stand corrected). If anything else left you can take it to your appointment for UKVCAS staff to upload for you....do monitor and be sure the correct legible document is uploaded for you.

That should be sufficient.
