British citizenship oath taking ceremony in India

My wife's British citizenship application has been approved as of today. She has been asked to book an oath ceremony.
However I have an urgent query with regards to the ceremony timeline. I understand I need to book the ceremony within 3 months which ends on December 22 2024 but unfortunately we are in India for an extended period due to following reasons-
1. She is currently in Maternity with a 5 month old newborn and she needed extended family support who stay in India.
2. Her grandparents are quite poor in terms of their health and their wish was to see their great grandchild. This is why we decided to travel without waiting for citizenship application status.
3. We have a ceremony planned for our child in January which is mandatory in my culture and has to go ahead in India.
Considering above points I have following questions:
1. Is it possible to extend the 3 months timeline for oath ceremony? If anyone has done this, what is the process?
2. Has anyone managed to apply for oath ceremony in India described in https://www.gov.uk/guidance/notarial-an ... l%20notary
