Baby born 2 weeks before ILR

Hi,
My son was born 2.5 weeks before my wife's ILR decision(5yrs route as Tier2 Primary applicant), she had an appointment scheduled for an earlier date before the baby's due date, but could not make it due to medical reasons and had to reschedule post delivery.
I understand that I need to apply for naturalisation with MN1. My query is do I need to get him an Indian passport as well? If I need to, will he also need a visa(what type), IHS etc? We are not planning any travel in the foreseeable future, so don't really need a passport immediately. Any guidance is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

No - a child born in the UK doesn't need a visa. NHS cover will only be available for three month so health cover would need to be arranged privately. We are not planning any travel in the foreseeable future, so don't really need a passport immediately.
MN1 applications take a few months and child's first passport could be had within a week.Any guidance is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

You can use a family friend but it must be from the accepted professionals list. I doubt a mortgage advisor is.
