No UKVI Email Acknowledgement After Naturalisation Biometrics – Is This Normal?

Hi everyone,
I applied for naturalisation and attended my in-person biometrics appointment on 1 August 2025.
When I applied for ILR earlier this year, I received an email directly from UK Visas and Immigration (Home Office) the day after submitting my biometrics. That email confirmed my application had been received, listed my submitted documents, and included an estimated decision date.
This time, I haven’t received anything from UKVI. Instead, I got an email from TLScontact titled “Biometric Collection Confirmation”. It included my application number, listed the scanned documents, and said the application will now be sent to UKVI, who will aim to make a decision within their standard processing time.
Has anyone else experienced this for naturalisation applications? Should I be concerned that there’s been no direct acknowledgment from the Home Office this time?
Thanks in advance.
