Hi, I am british passport holder from last 3 years, and my settlement was under 10 years route ILR..
My wife and both children got ILR last week under same 10 years route...
So, in this case, can my wife go for British citizenship (naturalization) immediately after getting ILR (Set LR) within a week?
If yes can she include under 18 children on the same application? rather mn1?
If it allows, can same british citizen referees (just friends with IT consultants..not professionals like doctor/nurse/director of vat registration) used for all 3 of them?
Your responses are most important to me..
Many thanks in advance...

Yes

She can add them to her application, Once the age is selected the form will automatically switch to MN1

If the referees are appropriate, yes.
Your responses are most important to me..
Many thanks in advance...

Thanks,
In this case, if I just want to apply only mn1 after immediately ILR for my both kids...
The options are below, which option do I need to choose?
Choose which category to apply under. You are a child under 18 and:
You were born outside the UK - selected Yes
Options: I can only see the last option..will that okay?
Your parent is British by descent and lived in the UK or a British Overseas territory for at least 3 years before you were born
Your parent is British by descent and you and your parents (unless they are legally separated) are now living in the UK or a British Overseas territory
You were born on or after 13 January 2010 and your parent was serving in the UK armed forces
You were adopted abroad by British citizen parents
You were born before 1 July 2006 to a British father and your parents were not married
One or both of your parents is applying for British citizenship
Other - apply at the discretion of the Home Secretary

"Other" is the only option relevant to your children born abroad.

Review the relevant section of the guidance
https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... cretionary
We don't know your full circumstances so can't advise if you respect all requirements.

Thank you very much...
I just submitted mn1 with referee 1 and referree 2 details...
And biometric appointment is 18th September...8 more days from now..
As per referee requirement, referee must not be employed by Home Office...in my case my referee is mot employed by home office, but working for home office as a IT contractor..
He is employed by his own company as a Director and payroll running, and his company providing services to home office via another agency...
In this case Is it still ok to provide his referee? will it impact either me or my referee?
If I want to change to new referee, is there any provision at this moment?
Any quick, prompt response is much appreciated. Thanks

As they are not directly employed by the home office, that should be OK.

Thank you very much...
As I can see referee is closely embedded with home office daily work, access systems..weekly once onsite working also...
So at this stage, can I look for new referee and download MN1 declaration form, get signed and uploade, and provide a covering letter mentioning the reason for new referee....will it work?
