Naturalization application ( spouse route)

Hi Zimba,
Thank you for your guidance for my husband SET M application.
We are currently preparing my husband’s naturalisation application (as the spouse of a British citizen), and we have a couple of doubts regarding the 3-year residence requirement:
1. For the 3-year residence evidence proof, the guidance says household bills are not sufficient. Would a combination of his passport stamps ( entry and exit) and an employment letter from his company (he has been working with the same employer since July 2022) be acceptable to prove continuous residence? or we need to provide additional docs?
2. Regarding the requirement to be physically present in the UK exactly 3 years before the date of application — we were abroad for a holiday for the full month of September 2023 and returned on 1st October 2023. Does this mean he has live in the uk every year September ? we must wait until 1st October 2025 to apply, to meet this requirement or he is eligible now?
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
