Previous relationships

In completing my application for citizenship I am answering the question regarding previous relationships.
The questions include (1) date of birth (2) Date of your previous marriage or civil partnership and (3) Date your previous marriage or civil partnership ended.

For each of these questions I am able to provide the year of the event but I do not know the day or month. I could guess but it is likely to be totally wrong.

How should I handle this?

There are many and various issues applicants are facing, or think they are issues, without any official guidance for very personal issues.
However, do try and come up with your best "guess" of the month/year and enter those in the form.
Write a short concise note to explain what you have done and why you can't provide exact data, load with your other documents.
This is not a statutory requirements (i.e. laid down in law) and won't lead to a refusal.

If you divorced, you can use the date of the final order.
