Hello,

I received my settled status on 11 June 2025 and my wife received hers on 21 March 2025. However our daughter received her settled status on 3 July 2025. I am non EU, my wife and my kid are both EU citizens.

What is the earliest time for us to apply for British citizenship as a family?

Earliest would be in 12 months time for you and wife, i.e. after receiving ILR/Settled Status, from 3 July 2026 on. Child could apply now or on the date your are able to, child gets registered (MN1).
Note there's no family application, every applicant is assessed individually.
