Hi,
My scenario is -
1. My adult son and my wife became ILR in September 2025.
2. I got my UK Citizenship in January 2026. Currently holding UK passport.
3. My younger son under 18 got ILR in Februray 2026.

My doubts are -
a. Can all my 3 dependents are eligible to apply for UK Citizenship now ?
b. If not, can my spouse and child under 18 are eligible to apply for UK Citizenship now ?
c. If point a and point b is not possible, then should we apply for Citizenship of my both sons and spouse in September 2026, once my wife and adult son complete their 1 year as ILR or my younger son has to wait for 1 year and apply seperatley in February 2027 ?

Your wife and u ser 18 year old son yes. Provided your wife meets the requirments.

Yes, as above.

Only your son ever 18 has to wait 1 year on ilr.

Sorry I forgot to mention we all 4 family members are living in the UK since Sept 2020. So my wife is living in the UK for more than 5 years plus, so I think she meets the requirements like residency in the UK.

So you are suggesting only that if we plan to apply there citizenship application NOW than

My spouse and child under 18 are eligible to apply for UK Citizenship now.

And my adult son above 18 has to wait till September 2026 to submit his UK Citizenship application.

Is the is right conclusion?

Do we have anyone similar ( successful applicant ) to our case in the past on this @channel?

Correct.

It doesn't matter how long your wife has lived here. Her application will be based on 3 years residence as spouse of British citizen and she needs to meet the 3 year requirements.

There is absolutely nothing unique about your case, not sure why you think this is the case.

Note the older son is an adult and treated as such. Citizenship doesn’t have a dependent concept.
