Hello,
Can you please let me know if I'm eligible to apply for the citizenship.
Application history:
I was already working for my employer when I applied to switch from my spouse's Tier 2 ICT PBS dependent visa into Tier 2 General.
Date of Application of Tier 2 General - 13/08/2020.
Tier 2 General visa granted for me and my dependents - 07/11/2020
main applicant visa and dependents valid until - 30/08/2025.
Applied for ILR on 16/07/2025 (covid concession) and got approval on 18/07/2025.
Dependents had to wait until October and got ILR on 21 Oct 2025.
As I had applied for settlement with covid concession, can you please clarify if I'm now eligible to apply for citizenship.
if yes, which application form should I use.
Thank you.

Your pathway to ILR is irrelevant to a naturalisation application. Naturalisation is not a part of the immigration pathway, which ends at ILR, and has different rules and requirements.
Do you meet the
requirements for naturalisation? Apart from one year with ILR status, do you meet the absence requirements over the past five years and one year, were you physically present in the UK five years before the date of the naturalisation application and did you meet the English language test requirement and LITUK test at the time of getting your ILR?
If you did, you can apply for naturalisation on
Form AN. Read
Guide AN before applying.

Thank you for your reply and the link to the application.
Can I please ask a few more questions.
1) Documents - I have a UK NARIC letter instead of ECCTIS letter. In the Documents Checklist, it is stated "Ecctis letter that confirms the qualification meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a Bachelor's or Masters degree or PhD in the UK AND confirm the level of English to which the degree was taught or researched". Can I check the checkbox and upload a copy of the NARIC letter?
2) Documents - Proof of living in the UK for 5 years. Please can you let me know what documents should I submit for this as it mentions bank statements and bill are not suitable proof and passport does not have stamps since border force went digital.
3)Referees - I've added the referees information while filling the application. I can get the signed hardcopies with full name, signature and date. Should I uploaded any other document for each referee like their passport or other proof?
4) Previous Application - I have entered the ILR and the Tier 2 General Application details along with the reference numbers. I dont have information on previous applications I had made. Is this okay?
thank you.
