I am planning to apply naturalisation in 3 months time and i am planning to use following referees on my application

1) My employer who is company director (not a british citizen) - For professional reference

2) One from one of my work colleague (british citizen) - For other reference (But he is also working as IT enginner for a bank)

Those two references are ok or i have to llok for some one else

Assuming the British citizen has a British passport (which isn't always the case).

One more question

Is my referee should be in UK more than 3 years or not required.Last 2 years my My employer who is company director in UK
