Reg: General Dependent Visa Tier1

Hai,
This is Ahmed. I am planning to apply Tier 1 General dependent Visa by end of January.I have an enquiry...I would be glad if you can sort my enquiry.
I came here on April 2009. I approached JOB CENTER PLUS for job search and mistakenly I have opted for a job allowance claim. I have applied on 26th July. I realized that seeking this allowance is not allowed as a dependant work permit holder and I ignored that. I haven't got even a penny from the allowances. I have called Job Center plus and also canceled recently. Till date I haven't received any funds as allowances and also am employed full time.
My question is...Will this affect my application when applying for General Tier 1 Dependant Visa. I can also prove that I have not claimed any amount . Please solve my enquiry. I am in deep depression..
