we are applying for our son who was born here in 2008. we have got our PR in NOV 2009.

I have downloaded the MN1 from UKBA website.

Can anybody please have a look at below what I have done and correct me if I need to fill section, 2,3 or 4 too ?

I have filled the form are follow.

Section -1 Personal Information (filled)
Section -2 Residence Requirment (empty)
Section -3 Parents Residence (empty
Section -4 Good Charactor (emtpy)
Section -5 Referees (filled) [only 1 photo & not signed?]
Section -6 Consent (filled)
Section -7 Declaration (filled)


Sending with
1-Birth Certificate
2-Parents Passport with PR stamp
3-Parent UK Marraige Certificate Just in case

How to pay? thereis nothing about payment on the form..
Send cheque with the form?

thats fine u done ok and payment slip someone give u a link u can take printout and fill it detail
