I came in UK on HSMP in February 2006 and my wife came as my HSMP dependent on July 2007.
Our baby was born in UK on December 2009.

We all three got our ILR (under Judicial review) on March 2010 and were advised by PEO (Public enquiry office) to apply for British Citizenship after completion of one year from the day of ILR granted. but can apply for our child's naturalization any time after he got his ILR.

1- Can any one tell me if we three can apply for Naturalization after one year in combine fees or only husband and wife can get the benefits of combine application fees?

2- How much is the combine fees for Naturalization (for couple)?
3- How much is the Naturalization fees for child under 18?

Thanks

I will appreciate if any one can email me the answer of above questions at my email address wakeeleffendi@yahoo.com

Since you have ILR and child was born in the UK, register child as British using MN1 form (under section 1(3)) and then apply for British passport for child. This can be done immediately.

For Naturalisation fees, see Cost of applying.
