Did you get summons from court and then court asked you to pay the fine?
or
Did you just receive a letter from DVLA to pay the fine?

thats ok, this was not a criminal conviction then and doesnt need to be mentioned anywhere at all. just forget about it really.

but i would advice that for the future, make sure 100 percent all the times every time that you never drive without license, insurance, tax mot, bald tyres, while drunk, while using mobile phone etc etc. just never do anything that might end up with you being convicted in a court.

hi dear,

If you are caught driving with no tax, it will be serious offence. In your case, you should be fine.
