Hi guys

I came UK in 2002 and my asylum application was rejected. In Oct 2004, I got married to UK citizen and made an application in a basis of marriage which had been rejected in 2007. An appeal has been launched to the high court in 2007 and the home office decided in the last minute (in 2008) to reconsider my case.
I been granted ILR march 2010 outside the immigration rules.

my questions are:
- can I apply after 12 month the naturalisation?
- do i have to wait 5 years and 3 years before applying the naturalisation as i am married to uk citizen.

Thanks in advance your comments will be appreciated
