Passport

Hi

My husband is appling for BC on the basis of 3 years lawful residence married to a British Citizen. Will it matter that I do not supply my Passport for the application and supply my Birth certificate instead?Will that be looked on unfavorably?

• The applicant’s husband’s, wife’s or civil partner’s passport or birth certificate or Naturalisation/registration certificate AND
• The marriage certificate or civil partnership certificate
