i really need to know about this for my friend and his family
my friend is in psw but now in his country
his father came to uk in 2000 as asylum seeker and he will be gettin his uk passport next year but my friend is 25 years old and his brother is 22 years old is there any chance they can get the uk passport r can his father sponser them to come to uk as dependent r any other way
really need to know abt this please

well if his children has IRL then they can be naturalised to become british if they dont then they would need to apply for ILR. Read up more on this forum you can find out alot if still unsure ask a lawyer (one of those free ones)
