nationality breach of immigration rules as a minor

I would be very grateful if you could give me some input on an application for nationality.

I was an overstayer who came to the UK as a minor aged 6 and received indefinite leave to remain a couple of years ago. I now want to apply for nationality however, I have been in breach of immigration laws during the last 5 years as i became an overstayer through no fault of my own.

I am asking the Home Office to apply discretion as i was a minor when they entered the country and could not renew their visa. The indefinite leave application also took over four years to decide.

I would very much like your input on further grounds for a stronger argument if possible, the likelihood of success as £800 is a lot of money for me lol and documents i could submit to aid my application.

:D :D Thankss :)
