Hi
I went on a family emergency on 15-July-10 and returned back to UK on 3-Sep-10 .
Planning one more trip from 18-feb-11 returning to UK on 25-Feb-11.
Am I exceeding my 90 Days out of the country by any means needed for qualifying for British citizenship?
How many days Am I remaining out of the country as per the home office calculation?
According to my calculation its 80+7 days = 87 days total..Is this the right figure?

Don't count the days when you were leaving and returning.
Crucially, make sure you were physically present in the UK on the day 5 years back from the date when HO recieves your application.
Good luck to your application!

From 15/07 to 03/09 it is not 80 days but:
do not count 15/07 and 03/09
then 16 days in July
31 days in August
2 days in September
in total 49 days
from 18/02 to 25/02:
do not count 18/02 and 25/02
in total 6 days
49+6=55
