Hi All,

I have completed my 12 months with ILR and I am applying for Naturalisation (Form AN) along with my wife.

My son was Born in India and I wanted to find out if I need to fill another Form "AN" for him and submit it along with our application?
The Home office website mentions a form "MN1".

Child born outside the UK may apply for registration as British citizen under section 3(1) .. subject to discretion (3(1)) ... and the application can be made no earlier than when a parent is applying for Naturalisation.
