im about to apply for my 2years old child first british passport in canada as we living here and both are canadian citizen. my question is who can i get to countersign for her british passport ? I only know the father of my child . i dont know any british passport holder who could countersign it with those professions. Can i use a countersignatory here in canada like my doctor for example but even if he hasnt got a british passport??
