application problem

hey everyone,
i'm filling in my application form but it is asking for my ILR date, which i dont know !
the only thing i have is my travel document and it does not mention my ILR date,
I received my ILR through my father more than 9 years ago and he left us 7 years ago so now i dont know what to do
please heeeeeelp
