residency requirements

I have a british civil partner, been married for over 3 years, but due to work, not living together. do i still qualify for naturalization even though we do not live together?

It depends on what status u are on at the moment...

Yes, as long as you meet all the other requirements, and they are willing to submit their passport and support your BC application.

i have a registration certificate which gives me the right to work. I am romanian.
And my partner dosnt have a passport(stolen) so we are using his birth certificate.
will that be ok?

The form AN and Guide and Booklet AN explains the documents required.

i have read the guide and booklet, it says either birth certificate or passport.
my question is, do i still qualify even if we dont share the same address? due to work i had to move, and these days, you take work where you see it.
