Hi one of my friends rented a flat two years before his wife refused to go there but as it is a cheap he still paying rent to the landlords to keep this for the future the problem is that he is paying council tax ( single person discount) on this flat but he is not living there physically my question is can it create problems in his naturalization application that he's applying in future on the basis of marriege as he lived there only one month but still paying council tax any idea thanks
