My wife is a Filipino married to a Irish man from Northern Ireland.
My wife enter the U.K. on a 6 months spouse visa. Then later applied for a 5 year residence card which is valid until 8th december 2013.
Can my wife them apply for U.K. citizenship has pass the government U.K.
English test.
What documents do we need to apply so my wife can become a U.K. citizen.

If the husband is not a British citizen, then the wife cannot
apply for
naturalisation until she has held
PR (settled status) for at least 1 year.
From the timeline given in the "signature", it appears that the wife will be eligible for PR only after Sep 2012.

If you're British, then you're wife may
naturalise immediately after acquiring
PR, provided all the requirements are met.
Subject to
changes.
