If the father of my child is British by naturalization, does this make the baby British by descent?

'British Citizenship by descent' is the category for the children born outside the UK to a British citizen
1. Child born outside the UK on or after 1 January 1983 automatically acquires British citizenship by descent if either parent is a British citizen other than by descent at the time of the birth.
2. Caveats are:
A.Only one parent—father or mother—must be British otherwise than by descent.
B.If parents are are not married, read this illegitimate children of British citizen fathers

If you are unmarried to child's father and child was born before 1 July 2006, then no.

Else, child is British (provided father satisfies meaning of "parent").

Yes, as father is naturalised, making father British otherwise than by descent.
