I came on HSMP jr

17/9/2004

out in days
06/12/2005 26/02/2006 83 left for company work

03/03/2006 16/08/2006 167 left for company work

21/08/2006 21/06/2007 305 left for company work

ILR was refused on ground of absenteeism in year 2009

ILR Granted on 26/7/11

can i start my process immediately

in last 5 years i have less than 450 days and no absecens in last one year

You need to wait 12 months from ILR.

I second that. On the 366th day after your ILR date you can apply for BC.

When did you actually apply for the ILR, that led to the grant of ILR on 26.07.11?

Was your ILR granted because of a successful appeal?
Was your ILR "deemed" to have been granted a year earlier?
