Hello

Could you please advise if I could endorse my citizenship application with both referees names who work in my organisation.

Both of them are British Citizenship and know me personally for 3 years.

Each of the referee do know each other as we are in the same organisation. However,they are not related to each other.

One referee has got to be of professional standing like Director or one from the list

Yes,they shouldnt be related to each other.

Your referees are fine (assuming one of them has a qualification/profession from the list). They should not be related to each other. It's OK if they just know each other.
