EUROPEAN RULES BRITISH CITIZENSHIP

Hi,
I sent the following email to ukba nationality address and haven't heard anything yet.
I would like to enquire about two points.
I am a non EEA national living with my EEA national (Italian) civil partner in the UK. Currently I hold Family Member of an EEA national Residence Card as my civil partner is exercising his treaty rights as a full time worker.
1) In the AN form there is a section called " EEA NATIONALS AND FAMILY MEMBER". Do non eea national family members also fill this section? If so, whose treaty rights history should be written there? Because in European Permanent Residence applications, non EEA nationals provide their eea national family member's treaty right details. Is this the same for AN form as well? I am asking this because in the form it refers as "you".
2) For naturalising as British Citizen, does the non eea family member also have to work/study, provide comprehensive sickness insurance...etc, given that his eea national family member exercising his treaty rights as a full time worker during the qualifying period?
