Thanks to every one in the forum for all that support and advice last year.
Its that time of the year now, i need to start thinking about my BC application - so please gurus your advice and support is required and is much appreciated.

Q1.I got my ILR on Oct 14th 2010,so can i apply or take NCS appointment on 14 Oct 2011, to submit my Naturalisation application.(or 15th Oct)
Q2.What Documents do i need?
Q4.I have 3 points and £120 for SP30 speeding, issued by court(pleaded guilty by post and it was issued by post).07/2009.(Declared in my ILR application as well)
So will this effect my application?
Q5.I have been to my home country for 65days Jan and Feb 2011,just to be with my parents - can this affect my application.(I am with in my 450days in last 5yrs though).
I am WP+Tier1+ILR 6yrs

I have been going through the forums, but pls some can give me a straight answer with out referring me to forums please.

Yes I beleive anyday after 13th Oct 2011 you would be eligible but make sure that the date application reaches UKBA, exaclty the same date five years ago you were physically present in the UK

I will leave the experts to answer this question...I think this may be an issue

I think this is ok as long as your absences in the last year are below 90.

If you declare this on your application - you should be ok.
You can apply on 14th oct 2011 and forward whenever you're ready. Also make sure that you were physically present in the UK 5 years before from the date when HO receive your application. i.e if you apply on 14th oct;Ho receive your application on the 16th oct 2011 you should have been present in UK 16th Oct 2006.

Good Luck

To clarify- A FPN is okay if you accept it and pay up.
but
if it was challenged and then upheld by the court- it then becomes a conviction and has to be spent.

I think OP needs to clarify this.

Thank you
