Hello, thanks a lot for everyone entering to my post.

I'm new here and I found this forum great and the best source for help in anything about inmigration!

My question is, I married a british citizen in 2006 and then I got my visa and came to the UK, I got my ILR after the 2 years here, then problems arise and some things happen in the relationship and we broke up and we try many times to fix it, but it didn't work.

Now I'm divorce and it has been nearly 2 years with my ILR and I have a baby boy with my new partner(she is Polish and we getting married 17 of octuber) and my baby boy is british citizen before me!!! :D

my question is:

Where I'm standing with my citizenship?
When can I apply?
I have permanent job here for a mobile network company.

If I was married was 3 years but now I'm divorce and I have 2 years nearly with IRL?

Any help?

Once you meet the standard requirements. You will need to meet the 5 years residence requirement. It's not clear from your post when you moved to the UK (2006/2007?) and whether you visited the UK before (as you can count those days for the 5 years criteria).

OK, I came to the UK in March 2007 and I didn't visit the UK before.
I did the Life in the UK test before the ILR and I pass, then they gave me ILR.
so in March 2012 I think I'm just 4 years....
So then 5 years or 6 years?

Edit:
I will be 5 years in march, 3 years with ILR
