My son was born outside the uk before we came to leave in the UK. Now as the father I have been granted BC and I need to apply for his BC together with his junior ones who were born in uk.
My question is , will his own application be on descretion as I couldnt find a category for him under naturalisation act? He has ILR on his passport the same time with my own ILR.
