I have got my ILR last month and I have 2 children who was also born in the Uk. Home office website say I dont need to apply for naturalisation as one of of the parent get ILR they can apply for the children passport by sending relevant documents along the full birth certificate showing the parents name on it.

Confusion is how much I have to pay the fee and can I apply straight way with passport services. Or do I have to register them before apply.

Kindly advice on that.

hi
you have to registerd first because your childern born before you obtained ILR so its not very difficult just apply for registration you have to pay fee and once u get approval then you can apply for the passport. goodluck

Depends on parent's status on child's date of birth.

As per your earlier posts, you are not eligible for settlement until 2012! So, how were you granted settlement in 2011?
