Plan to travel after naturalisation application (AN)

Hi,
I am completeing 1 year on ILR in 1st week of Jan 2012, but plan to take a job in India in Nov/Dec this year. For that I would obviously go out of UK on my current Indian passport (keeping sure that I don't live out of UK more than 90 days in last 12 months before I apply for naturalization in Jan) and then plan to travel back to UK in 1st week of Jan to apply through NCS (Nationality Checking Service) and retain my Indian passport to travel back to India and return to UK to complete rest of formalities once my application is successful. My concern is, after a successful naturalisation application, it will be technically illegal to travel back to UK on Indian passport (as India does not allow dual citizenship) which could later cause issue during my OCI / Indian Visa application. Please could anyone let me know whether this is technically correct and what options I have in this case.
Many Thanks,
