To all respected Advisors,

Can any one help me, me & my wIfe got IlR last year. We have
8 years old child who is born in UK but we didn't make his
Indian passport since birth.

Can we register him by using MN1 form as a British citizen.
Also on MN1 form what we can write his arrival date in UK.

We have only his UK birth certificate plus both parents ILR passports.
Can we sends those documents with his application.

There is no need for the child to possess a passport (of his current country of citizenship).

MN1 form and guidance explains the documentary evidence(s) required.

There is no requirement for the child to have a passport in order to register as a British Citizen. The parents passports showing ILR + UK Birth certificate is good enough.

Date of arrival - either put the child date of birth or write above it - Born in the UK.

What documents will I be need when apping for Minor first British Passport application. As on application form it's says UK birth certificate is not a proof of identity for a minor.

Great, it means we can send original birth certificate plus parents Nutralization certificate will be enough evidence.
