I have made an application for Naturalisation on the basis of HSMP 4 years + 1 year ILR on 29th July, 2011. Now I am unable to track my application as whenever I called HO on the number given on the acknowledgment letter; the representative said that when you made the application; I have given the date, she/he said that we are unable to provide you the information unless your application is 6 months old. Kindly let me know any direct number of HO so I can ask them about the status of my Naturalisation application!

From other members' posts, it seems the HO is now enforcing their policy of not providing status update on applications made recently.
You might just need to wait (to be honest, they never gave accurate information anyway when calling).
