Advice on filling form AN section 3.6

Thanks for all help in advance.
I wanted advice on what to fill in section 3.2 where form asks question Do you have any criminal convictions in the UK or any other country (including traffic offences) or any civil judgements made against you?. Do I need to tick on Yes even if the conviction (traffic offence IN10) is spent as it has been more than five years since conviction took place.
Any help on this will be much appreciated.
