When can i apply for naturalisation?

I was given ILR this month after winning my appeal on 14year rule.Can someone please tell me when i can apply for naturalization is it after 1 year or after 3 years ?

Unless married to a British citizen,
1. After
5 years of "lawful" stay in the UK, and
2. No earlier than 12 months after being granted settlement, unless
discretion can be applied to your case.
