Hi Gurus,
I have NCS appointment on 14th. For my daughter's MN1 form , I am struggling to get a referee who has acted in professional capacity. GP and Health Visitor have refused to sign it. I have got it signed by a friend who is a Doctor. Would that be good enough.

Also can a child minder sign as a professional referee..

The HO is not so strict on referees for registration application for young children under section 1(3) (entitlement). Child minder can act as referee.

Thanks for your advice.I went with the Child minder's reference and had no issues at NCS. The wait begins now
