Professional Referees ?

My husband's friend work at ambulance call centre, is it ok to be a professional referees ?

Tutor/Manager at training centre for adult . It is a private company, but with government projects

Manager can be countersignatory, provided company is Vat Registered.

Just Ask Branch manager that his company is Vat registered. if yes than its ok. ( In Case Home office wants to verify Countersignatory, they will ask your countersignatory to reply on Company headed letter.)

Although the requirements are similar, I believe the OP is referring to a naturalisation application and not a passport application.
