Forwarding address used as a current address in application

I have got British citizenship last year. I am living in rented property.
My new line manager is having ILR status in UK and he is shifting to India for next few days for his kids education and he is leaving his current rented house.
He asked me to use my house address as a forwarding address for his correspondence for next 2 month i.e bank, hmrc and his limited company including his wife bank, hmrc addresses and kids school communications.
Now he has asked me that can I use your address for citizenship application when I will be back after 2 month because he is going to live alone in shared accommodations for 2 week and wants to complete his citizenship process including oath and passport.
He will not stay with us when his citizenship application and passport application will be processed and still wants to use my address on citizenship and passport applications because after submitting his citizenship application he will travel back to his home country and any further communication i.e letter from home office or passport application will come to my home address so that I can inform him.
He will say in passport interview that he is living at my place as a PG but actually he is not living with me because I cannot keep PG in rented house.
At the same being my manager I am in difficult situation to say NO to him.
What are the possible problems to me and his citizenship and passport application?
Any problems to me if home office or passport office came to know that he is not staying with me and still using my address as a current address in application forms.

Experts any advice /suggestions ?
