Hi All,

Can you kindly guide me what shall I do next for my child registration as British Citizen. My child born on 27th October 2011 and I got my ILR on 29th November 2011. Is she already citizen by birth or do I have to submit MN1 for for her?

Assuming the child was born in the UK, as the child was born before you got ILR, she is not British from birth but is entitled to be registered as British citizen under section 1(3). Apply using form mn1.
