WHEN CAN I APPLY FOR BC...

Hi, i came to uk in sep 2000 as student, completed my degree and master. then in April 2006 i got WORK PERMIT. got ILR DEC 2011. my question is:
when can i apply for BC?
as i have been in this country for more then 11 years now.but do still i have to wait for another year as my ILR was based on Work Permit 5 years..
or
can i apply now?
