Am i Eligible for British citizenship ....

Hi All
Am i Eligible for BC this Feb 2012 ?
History in UK
Student Visa (2006- 2007) --> Work Permit (till 2009) --> Dependant to UK work permit (till Feb 2011) --- > Got ILR (as my wife was eligible so do i being her dependant)
Feb 2012 will be one year for me in ILR, can i apply in Feb 2012?
Easily confused when i search on-line for some information with different scenarios people mention their path to BC. Thought i would post it so to be clear myself.

anything good to be a BC than an ILR: i know the fundamental differences. things i look at the moment is career opportunity widens to travel Europe with out restriction. But at current situation you know very well ....
